MORE THAN ENOUGH: MAINE MENDOZA THE CALAMITIES OF BEAUTY

MORE THAN ENOUGH: MAINE MENDOZA THE CALAMITIES OF BEAUTY

“Look at her. She’s so skinny and so pretty. Look at her; she’s so beautiful now but not before when she was fat. You should ask her for her dieting tips.” These words are mentally bullying with sharp words and even sharper tongue.

In this world we are living in, if we have to fit to the norm sometimes we need to act not normal, isn't it?

Maine Mendoza is a great example of how to deal beauty with one self. That there is no need to fit and to please everybody just to be appreciated and adored. We cannot change what other individuals are perceiving about us but rather we can change how we look at the situation with great optimism in mind.

It is not how other accepted us that makes us feel beautiful but on how we accept ourselves that make us feel good and beautiful and ultimately understand our true value in life. We often mislead the way we perceive our own self, leading to depression and denial. What we fail to understand is the reality that lives within ourselves that only us know the true meaning of truth and lies.

There lies a burden upon identifying which is real and not real if we base on what others are talking about/against us. The more we absorb the external factors the less we comprehend ourselves. If we do this and that, that doesn't conform with what others are expecting from us, it doesn't lessen the true beauty within us.

For as long as we do to make ourselves happy without hurting anyone and stepping one's right then it is more enough to feel beautiful.
